Product Features and Terms

• SuperCertificate® Rewards may be redeemed at GiftCertificates.com's website (http://www.GiftCertificates.com) or by calling 1-800-PRESENT®, for gift cards and/or certificates of participating merchants. Gift cards and certificates of a specific merchant may be redeemed at the store or website of the specific merchant. Participating merchants and denominations of merchant certificates and locations of merchants are subject to change. SuperCertificate® Rewards are redeemable for certain merchant gift cards and certificates only.  SuperCertificate® Rewards  are not redeemable for cash, American Express® Gift Cheques, GiftCertificates.com™ MasterCard® Gift Cards, GiftCertificates.com™ American Express® branded Persona® Cards, or for other SuperCertificate® products. SuperCertificate® Rewards are not valid for prior purchases, may not be returned, credited or exchanged, and may not be used on the website or in the stores of the merchants.
• Participating merchants are subject to change, and are not guaranteed to be available at all times. GiftCertificates.com does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, products, locations or content of any merchant. List of available merchants when redeeming your SuperCertificate® Reward may differ than those merchants listed on the general website of GiftCertificates.com if merchant selection was suppressed or enhanced at the request of business customer purchaser.
• Redemption of merchant gift cards and/or certificates is subject to the limitations and rules set by the respective merchants, and such merchant certificates may not be available for use and redemption by individuals located outside the United States.
• If your redemption order exceeds the value of your SuperCertificate® Reward (or you have selected to redeem for one or more of our select merchants) you may be asked pay for additional charges associated with that order with your credit card.
• SuperCertificate® Rewards issued on or after July 1, 2004 do not expire. SuperCertificate® Rewards issued prior to July 1, 2004 generally expire 13 months from date of issuance unless a longer expiration date is required by law. Promotional SuperCertificate® Rewards may have shorter expiration periods than regular SuperCertificate® Rewards and are not subject to replacement.
• Orders and redemptions on the websites of GiftCertificates.com are subject to GiftCertificates.com's Terms and Conditions and Security and Privacy Policies.

Shipping; Notification of Lost Shipments

• Physical orders (i) with a ship-to address outside the United States or Puerto Rico; (ii) valued over $300.00; and/or (iii) for which the customer requested expedited delivery, may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees at time of order. Express deliveries cannot be sent to a P.O. Box, A.P.O. or F.P.O. Physical deliveries cannot be shipped to Quebec.
• If physical gift cards and/or certificates are shipped directly to Customer, Customer must promptly notify GiftCertificates.com™ of (a) any discrepancy in the order; or (b) Customers non-receipt of shipment. Upon receipt of such notification, GiftCertificates.com™ will investigate, and may, if appropriate (i) correct such discrepancies; or (ii) cancel and replace any non-received shipment in which a full balance remains on the gift cards or certificates, provided that the intended recipient submits to GiftCertificates.com a properly completed Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Shipment within 60 days of the shipment date for business customers, and 13 days of the shipment date for individual customers. If GiftCertificates.com does not hear from Customer or recipient within the aforementioned time frames, the shipment will be deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by Customer.
• GiftCertificates.com is not responsible if a Recipient or Customer defaces, damages or otherwise renders unsuitable for redemption a merchant gift certificate that is either sold to the Customer or received by the Recipient in exchange for a SuperCertificate® Reward.

Additional Terms of Sale to Business Customers

• Business orders may only be shipped and charged to Business Customers located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
• Except as may be otherwise stated under a separate written agreement with GiftCertificates.com, purchases of gift certificates may be made solely for distribution to third parties located in the United States and may not be re-sold.
• GiftCertificates.com's name or trademark, and/or the names or trademarks of GiftCertificates.com's participating merchant partners may not be used without GiftCertificates.com's prior written consent, which may be withheld for any reason. Business Customers will defend, indemnify and hold GiftCertificates.com harmless from any and all claims, damages, judgments and expenses resulting from such unauthorized use.
• The property rights of merchant certificates or SuperCertificate® Rewards purchased hereunder shall be construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to the principle of conflicts of laws. GiftCertificates.com Corporation is a Virginia corporation with offices in Omaha, Nebraska.
